I was looking for a small affordable secondhand EV and dropped into Hendy MG on an impulse as I passed by (on my way to another dealership). Justin was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable, and positive without being at all pushy. He explained the vehicle and process very clearly, and sorted out the part exchange, finance and drive away very efficiently. He was very willing to negotiate an extremely reasonable deal that worked within my budget and I was overall extremely satisfied with his service.
I'd definitely recommend Hendy MG Exeter because the whole experience and presentation was 2nd to none and also would like to say the sales person Ryan Mapp is a credit to MG ... His whole attitude towards myself and my wife was superb with no pressure given at any time and being honest and truthful at all times is a credit to any Company ....
