Hendy Hyundai Poole were really helpful and I'd recommend them because. On arrival at the show room I was met by Jack Osman who introduced himself and politely showed me the car that I was interested in. The thing I like was that Jack was tentative but not pushy and answered my questions about the car and demonstrated the necessary features. A test drive was arranged during which more functions were clarified and explained. On Collection of the vehicle Jack made sure that I was happy with the car and again went through the features.
From start to finish a pleasant experience with no pressure, well done Jack.

My experience at Hendy Hyundai Poole could have been better because chips in paintwork requested to be sorted weren’t done before collection. On collection noticed a further deep scratch to paintwork and chip in windscreen. 90 minute drive back down to have repaired (as no ‘on the road’ technician service). Windscreen now sorted but not happy with touch up to paintwork as scratches still visible and just had paint put in them, but not to fill the depth of the scratches. Has cost additional time and money on fuel to travel to sort these issues.
