Lexus Poole were helpful because the staff enthusiastically and genuinely helped assisting me in the purchase of the car. I found them extremely knowledgable and well informed on all aspects of their vehicles on offer. The reception is welcoming and it is obvious they value their potential customers. Staff are also careful to avoid old school sales pressure opting instead for a more helping hand approach to motoring needs. Overall a positive and quality purchasing experience.
