Hatfields Land Rover Pickering were helpful because on entering the dealership I was welcomed immediately by the receptionist Poppy. She was very attentive and informative, making me feel at ease. I asked for a sales person and within minutes Ben Flinton arrived. From start to finish I cannot fault Ben with his knowledge and he went over and above to locate the vehicle that I truly wanted. I arrived at Hatfields knowing what I exactly wanted including colour and other specifications. I arrived apprehensive and left feeling elated with my purchase. My experience at Hatfields Land Rover Pickering was memorable because We chose Hatfields partly because we had a very bad experience with our more local Landrover dealership and also because a friend recommended them to us. We visited the showroom initially in order to make a general enquiry as to likely delivery dates etc. were met by Chloe who quickly and helpfully took us through the process and gave us a valuation of our car. We were so impressed that, having negotiated on the price we quickly signed an order form. The car arrived sooner than we expected which was no problem. The original part exchange price was honoured and I now possess a new Discovery. When I collected the car I found that it even had a full tank of diesel. Great service.
