I'd suggest Hamlet Motor Company to a friend because the sale was process was easy and quick, with Stuart being very helpful throughout. But it was the aftersales where Hamlet shined. Due to no fault of Hamlet, the vehicle developed a unprecedented issue soon after the sale. Upon calling them, a mechanic was around in an hour and had the car recovered back - all in the same morning. Vehicle was repaired and returned within 24 hours and I was offered compensation of any expenses suffered due to this incident. Since I have had the car for a few weeks with no issues, as well as having it inspected independently, receiving high approval of condition and repairs. Great buying experience, and highly recommend.
I'd suggest Hamlet Motor Company to a friend because there were no high pressure sales. I was able to take the vehicle on a test drive after being left to have a good look over it. There was no pressure, I walked away to think on it and decided to go ahead and purchase it. A couple of things I asked them to look at were fixed and it was serviced and given a fresh MOT and 2 new tyres. Stu and the team went above and beyond my expectations and made it a very satisfying experience purchasing a car!
