I'd endorse Group 1 Volkswagen Maidstone because I had excellent service service from Ali the sales executive .

This is now my Fourth Golf I’ve purchased from Group 1 Volkswagen Maidstone.
This isn’t my local dealership but I won’t go anywhere other than this dealership. The staff are amazing. Always friendly and remember me(they all love my dog, Frankie. And she’s always made welcome).
Ali who found me MY dream Golf was ANAZING!!!! From the moment I met him he listened to what I wanted. I upgraded my current GTI and I am so pleased with it.
I was at the dealership for hours. Discussing the cars on offer with Ali. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He sent me videos of the car when it arrive from Essex and he allowed me the time to look at it and make my discussion. I was treated with such decent and respect from all staff(this was let down by a young car sales person swearing near me about work. I was not impressed by this).
Other than that as usual my experience at Group 1 Maidstone was fantastic. And I shall be returning to see Ali for a coffee.

Group 1 Volkswagen Maidstone has cars on display that are in immaculate condition. The staff were approachable and friendly and were in constant contact regarding updates on the process of buying and collecting the vehicle. Due to issues outside of their control, Ryan B was keeping me up to date on the along the way and when the issue had not been resolved he managed to find a perfect solution so that I would not be without a car. In addition, my car was then delivered down to Bournemouth with demonstrations of the cars features showing how accommodating they are. Overall this shows how fantastic the whole team are at VW Maidstone, I will100% go back to buy my next car.
