I would not recommend Group 1 Kia Coulsdon because they are not doing their job. From Saturday morning I’m waiting for a reply. None till now. And the car was friday

My experience at Group 1 Kia Coulsdon was cracking because
I recently bought a car from Group 1 Kia Coulsdon and had an excellent experience thanks to Jacob Burton and Oliver King. Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Oliver’s support and commitment to great service were clear throughout. I’m thrilled with my new car and highly recommend both Jacob, Oliver, and the dealership.

My experience at Group 1 Kia Coulsdon could have been better because the dent and scratches which were meant to have been fixed were not. I was offered a tank of petrol instead which I declined - this was not a reasonable offer (especially as car was meant to have £25 of fuel included already so equated to an offer of about £30). I’ve since had 3 estimates for repairing the damage and dealership unwilling to pay for it. The cheapest SMART repair estimate I’ve had is £350. The car was also not ready on collection, I did not get the car mats included which were promised and still don’t have details of the 12 months RAC breakdown cover that was also meant to be included. All in all, a very disappointing experience and issues still not resolved.


My experience at Group 1 Kia Coulsdon could have been better if the car had been fully checked before it was handed over. Otherwise, I may have recommended you.
