My experience at Gowrings Ford Basingstoke was positive because it was our first time using the mobility scheme and we were talked through it,we went away and book to see dan chapman a week later and he went over evrything again with us,he was very nice and put my fears at bay,and on the day i collected he brought the car round for us and went over everything,,i even asked him to turn his back and not watch me drive away in case i stalled the car,,,we ahd a phone call fron dan 5 days later checking everything was ok with the car and i thanked him,,id defiantly get my net car from the same place,,the only complaint i hae is when i get in the car and its dark i cant see to get the key in the starter maybe a litttle light surrounding the ignition could be introduced on future models,,,myself and my husband are chuffed with the car,,me more so because i drive it,,many thanks janice brewer wife of mr brewer
