I'd recommend Frasers Cars because the service was friendly, helpful and they thoroughly explained the process to me. It was my fist time buying an MG and the staff have been very helpful with answering any follow up questions I have. I felt they were honest, were not pushy at all and allowed me to make informed decisions at my own pace. I would return in future.

The staff at Frasers Cars were good because after the fault on our new car was acknowledged they went out of their way to get it repaired and kept us informed,however the car we were sold was faulty with a totally faulty gearbox which should have been noticed before purchase,they did well and got a new gearbox fitted but should never have been sold in that condition.But repairs were carried out and car is roadworthy,the staff went out of their way to assist us and supplied us with a courtesy car when repairs were being done and were very friendly and accommodating
