I'd recommend Finchley Road Audi to anyone because I received prompt, virtuous and knowledgeable service and information. The person who dealt with me was very friendly and patient and able to answer all questions and give alternative financial quotes. The experience was excellent and the follow up customer care too.

I recently bought a used car from Finchley Road Audi, whilst part exchanging my existing Audi. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable, patient and attentive, which included listening and reacting to our needs and concerns. At no point did I feel that I was being pushed to buy a particular vehicle; indeed quite the opposite. We had in tow our 2-year old boy, and spent a lot of time fitting and unfitting child seats, whilst also test driving 3 cars. In the end we have walked away with a family vehicle that I think will stand us in good stead for the next 10 years. Overall the experience of dealing with the team was extremely positive, from the spacious, clean and comfortable show room, to the attitude of all of the staff from reception to sales to management.
