My experience at Finchley Road Audi was cracking because Chris Taylor -he knows his job

My experience at Finchley Road Audi could have been better. I was never given a guide to show me the car. The salesman stood on the side while I looked at the car.. I was the one asking questions instead of the salesman telling me what kind of features the car has or showing me around how to use the features. After I picked up the car, I noticed my car has couple of problems. Within one week I contacted Finchley Road Audi they was not bothered about my problems.. I wanted to speak to the manager every time I called apparently he was in a meeting or a call. I had to contact them everyday until I got my car booked in. It has now been one month and they still have not got in touch with me. They never contacted me up an update. I had to go out of my way and be on th case which I shouldn’t have done. I was told there was one previous owner when I received my logbook there was in fact 2. Which is misleading information they provided me with. Over customer service is rubbish. I would never recommend Finchley Road Audi. Chingford Audi has much better customer service.

My experince was so bad I could say so much more. Please do think twice before going to this dealership.
