My experience at EMG Thetford could have been better because profits come way above customer satisfaction. No discount offered on purchase and lowest possible price paid for part exchange. Very little fuel on test drive and refused to put any in before purchase. Previous dealer offered discount, put twenty pounds worth of fuel in and also offered to pair phone to car. Mats were put in free of charge. Customer Experience was higher and felt more valued.
My experience at EMG Thetford was positive because Billy did a great job running me through the car and options available. Also provided fantastic service and aftercare, with clear communication and helpfulness.
