EMG Haverhill were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the vehicle was accurately described and had all the features I required. Because of my distance from the dealer I requested a video walkaround which was supplied in a timely fashion. This confirmed my impressions from the ad' on Autotrader and I was impressed enough to put down a deposit before actually seeing the car. Paul arranged to have me picked up from the train station in Cambridge on the collection day. He was very informative about any questions I had and left me to inspect the vehicle alone. My inspection confirmed I had found the right car and the purchase went through very smoothly. At no time did I feel pressured into buying or taking any extras.
All in all this has been one of my better experiences with the motor trade and I would be happy to deal with them again.
