EMG BYD Spalding

My experience at EMG BYD Spalding could have been better if the salesman had had good knowledge of how the car worked
Unfortunately a lack of knowledge for the product being sold
No instruction at all regarding the charging cables or the V2load adapter

We had a brilliant experience buying a used car from Ella. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was very friendly and helpful. The staff at EMG were also brilliant when we returned after finding a tracker in the vehicle! We’ve had good service and would definitely use EMG again to purchase a car

The experience at EMG BYD Spalding was great because it was quick and easy. Lowered as waiting for a replacement tyre and haven’t been contacted yet. (2 weeks later)

My experience at EMG BYD Spalding could have been better because I placed a £99 deposit on the vehicle, at no point was it not made clear that the deposit would be added to the vehicle price. Therefore, I believe this to be unacceptable and arguably illegal. I did inform the sales rep that this was not acceptable and at no point was this made clear either on your website or in any correspondence, however, I had traveled 3 hours to collect the vehicle and just wanted to leave, so I took it no further on the day. However, I would like to think EMG are not in the business of doing these types of things and hope they will refund me the £99.

EMG BYD Spalding were fantastic because The sales rep Darren was very easy to deal with. The right amount of professionalism and down to earth attitude required. Explained everything well and was and continues to be very helpful.
