I was happy with the service at Clarks of Stourbridge because the dealer was really nice and professional kept me up to date with my car whilst it was being prepared for me

The salesman Michael was very helpful but there were too many faults with the car
I feel I have had way too many problems with the car and the fact I drove the car back to the garage has advised over 45 miles then train and bus back home is appalling
Then still waiting on my money
Apparently the accounts department said this is normal to wait two days
That is unacceptable they are holding onto my money after car returned
I would not recommend Clarks lof Stourbridge because of the state of the car when I turned up at the garage, they did say the car wasn’t prepared for me because they were understaffed but I am so glad I saw it before some of that damage was hidden until a few weeks sfter purchase.
