I'd definitely recommend City Cars Scotland because they are easy to deal with and they are based in Aberdeen which is a big plus’s, they deliver cars to home and make it so much more easier to purchase a car because they are local!
My experience at City Cars Scotland was memorable because Richard was very helpful through the sale and John post purchase was attentive. Professional set up. Only issue is trying to obtain history and manuals. Still waiting to receive if possible.
City Cars Scotland were great because they cared about the buying experience knowing if it was positive they were more likely to get repeat business.
The staff at City Cars Scotland seem to be honest in there description of the vehicle as being immaculate but never mentioned marks on the alloy wheels. They offered to do the wheels but at my expense.But really they should have been done as part of the pdi report.
I had a great experience at City Cars Scotland because really good experience at City Cars Scotland. Family run, local to Aberdeen and North East had a welcoming, efficient and good experience.
Both with Richard and John extremely helpful, a good laugh and happy to organise viewings of motors last minute, accommodate your needs and solve problems.
The car I bought itself was a fair price and bellow the average for the model which can be a rare thing as in the Aberdeem area, as alot of garage here up the price compared to other garage down south. The car was great condition, and new MOT and service prior to me getting the keys.
Would highly recommend.
