The experience at Chelmsford Audi was great because Abdul Kabir was excellent, I came to Chelmsford Audi looking for an Audi A1, and he helped and supported me through looking at all different options. I greatly appreciate the time he spent with me. I then choose the car I liked, and I am so happy with it. I couldn’t fault the whole experience, and will definitely be returning and recommending. My experience at Chelmsford Audi was cracking because the choice of cars was great, clean crisp showroom.
I am however rather annoyed that less than 5 days after purchase I have a fault on the car, it is hopefully being dealt with but does leave a bad feeling, let’s hope it is all sorted at no cost to me. I am now concerned that other faults may have been cleared and waiting to re-appear. Let’s hope not as would be extremely disappointing. I am hopeful this isn’t the case.
Without this would be very happy with the service.
