I'd recommend Cartime Bury because the salesman was informed, polite and went above and betond to make dure I was happy

My experience at Cartime Bury could have been better because the car broke down after one day on first charging due to issue with battery charging pack on the cars management systems, this should have been found if Cartime did what their sales pitch says, I.e. 50+ point checks!!!! They have not contacted me or offered and compensation for the terrible service and condition of a vehicle with less than 13000 miles on the clock. I have had to sort the issue myself through A Ford Main Dealership who advised me that the issue should have been found by Cartime as it is a system recall by Ford. This will be fixed by Ford with no charge, however, I will never touch Cartime again and will never give them a positive comment to anyone buying a vehicle from them. They don’t do what they say they will, only want the sale and the money, after sales issues, useless service,well, sorry, forget service, useless sums them up. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I'd endorse Cartime Bury because they are of a good quality and care, staff are very helpful and attentive. Post purchase they are very happy to help and stay in touch with aftercare.

Cartime Bury were fantastic because the process was clear everything went well and smoothly and up to this point no issues occurred
