About Carbase Bristol
Formed in 2003 as a family-run car dealership in a small Somerset
village, Carbase has grown into the largest independent used car and van
supermarket in the South West of England! With dedicated car and van stores situated
across the area, our award-winning enterprise ensures customers an honest,
trustworthy and fair service, from thousands of RAC Approved vehicles to choose
from.
Carbase Bristol staff were good because they were very patient and helpful. They asked multiple times if I had any questions while I had time to see and test the car on my own and I never felt rushed. Overall a great experience.
The experience at Carbase Bristol was fantastic because of Roberto and his friendly, helpful nature that put both me and my partner at ease. He was also very thorough and just very easy to deal with!

I would not recommend Carbase Bristol because I have a serious problem with the car, as about half an hour after I bought the car the engine failure light came on, so I took it to an authorized RAC mechanic and he told me that the car has too many errors and the warranty does not cover, I tried several times to contactdealership in this case Carbase but to date no one has let me know anything.I feel abandoned and ripped off by the dealership.
