I had a great experience at Carbase Lympsham because the car was exactly as advertised and was very well presented. The salesman was very helpful and made the process very easy.
Carbase Lympsham were really helpful and I'd recommend them because there was an extensive choice of vehicles and they were willing to transfer cars from other locations to me. I was so impressed by the service that my partner is now looking to change his car.
I generally found the people at the dealership to be friendly, not pushy, they actually listened to me. The car was priced competitively and was presented reasonably well although not quite as clean as I'd expect especially the engine bay which was full of mud and leaves. The handover was very good with the 3 day insurance making it much simpler. Extending the RAC warranty was also reassuring. The only negative was the paint and interior protection which I do not believe was worth the cost, I only had it done as it was given as part of the warranty upgrade. I saw no improvement when the car returned. But overall a very happy customer and I have already recommended Carbase to others.
