I'd recommend Brindley Kia West Bromwich because they have a great selection of vehicles, friendly staff who know their stuff, and when my husband comes to buy his next car, we will absolutely come to Brindley Kia, and namely Keiran. He looked after me, his communication with me at all times was second to none, he wasn’t your typical (and horrible) pushy salesman. The showroom is immaculate and well laid out, easy to reach from the M6. My car was well presented for test drive and then later collection. Just an all round 100% positive experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I have a very local Kia dealership but I’ll always travel the extra to visit Brindley. Thanks Brindley but more so, thanks Keiran.

I would recommend Brindley Kia West Bromwich to friends and family because from the moment I walked in there was absolutly no presure sales, I was left to just browse, yes I was approached but only to ask if I needed any information about the vehicle I was looking at, I was even offered a drink while there. Sales staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and were able to give me my finance options. And the best bit was that the actual sale and hand over was seamless. They even helped with the transfer of my cherished numberplate and even had new plates made up for me.
