Birchwood Ford Eastbourne Commercial

I would not recommend Birchwood Ford Eastbourne Commercial because I had a puncture after 20min on the way home. I also wasn't made aware that my van didn't have a spare wheel until the last 30 seconds before leaving with it. I also did feel a bit rushed in checking the van before leaving, as the carpark was very busy and the van was left blocking others in that wanted to get out. Also I wasn't completely happy with how clean the inside was. There was wrappers under the seats and peanuts between the crease down the back of the passenger seat. I think it was cleaned inside quickly last minute after I waited a week for it all to be done and ready to pickup. I am pleased with the van, just not the puncture and other things I've just said.

Birchwood Ford Eastbourne Commercial staff were good because that really won't to help.

My experience at Birchwood Ford Eastbourne Commercial was very good because Lee, the salesman, knew his products, listened to the needs of what I needed for my business and made sensible no nonsense recommendations. Also made every effort to get the vehicle prepped prior to delivery and then delivered it as I couldn't collect it. A credit to the dealership and the brand.
