I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an immaculate Mini Countryman Cooper SE All4 Exec from Belgrave Motor Company Ltd, and I can honestly say the entire experience was faultless from start to finish.

From the very first phone call, Jody was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He described the vehicle perfectly over the phone – every detail was spot on – and made himself available to answer all of my questions without hesitation. It was clear he knew the vehicle inside and out and genuinely wanted to make the process as smooth as possible.

Upon arrival, the showroom certainly didn’t disappoint. The Mini was beautifully displayed, just as described, and the entire space was clean, well-organised, and showcased the vehicles to perfection. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, and arranging a test drive was quick and effortless.

What really stood out was the level of care and attention Belgrave put into presenting their vehicles. Each one looked like it had just rolled off the production line – expertly detailed, spotless, and clearly prepared to the highest standard.
