My experience at Now Vauxhall Hayes could have been better because the communication was poor by the sales manager and some of the members. Once the sale is done, they will treat you like you're nothing because you signed the deal already.

I would not recommend Now Vauxhall Hayes because: I took my 2017 Astra for a service on 6 March and new issues were created which, after two further services, are still not resolved.

My experience at Now Vauxhall Hayes could have been better
because my car has been dropped 9am sharpe I was not kept up to date on status I had to call the advisor at 430pm for update advisor has no clue of service and then informed me it’s took late now as issue with the car not - has been engaged earlier I had pre booking
No courtesy car given - next day I I had to call again and later for replied car will not be ready as there one small part to be order
Again left to use public transport .

I had spent in Vaxhall over 18 k on mooka and 11k on Cora’s within two months and I brought meeiva
Can’t wait to sell all go back to Bmw

I would not recommend Now Vauxhall Hayes because I brought my car into a recall. however, after the work was done my central locking was not working and I was told to just use my key. No one wanted to come have a look and I was told I would have to book it in for a complete diagnostic check. I called My friend mechanic and was told over the phone it was a coding error and how to reset it. It took 1 minute. Your staff could have easily helped me with this to avoid me booking the car in for a day and potentially costing me money. I understand you have procedures but for something so simple a member of staff could have helped me.
