The experience at Thurlow Nunn Dereham was good because we were looked after very well Morgan even stood in the rain to send us a video link to inform us our car was ready for collection. Very pleased with the explanation of all the add on packages, took some but not all. The car was very clean inside and out upon collection. Overall Morgan looked after us for the second time definitely will be back when we need a new one. We will be back for services as we bought the package deal.

My experience at Thurlow Nunn Dereham would have been better if the car wasn’t damaged before I picked it up, if the sales person had told me that they were on leave the day I was due to collect, if they had returned my calls rather than me having to continually chase them. The whole experience has left me with a very bad impression of this dealership and I would never use them again. They are a disgrace. They take your money and expect you to do all the work, rather than them even though they take the commissions.

I'd suggest Thurlow Nunn Dereham to a friend because I received a personal and very friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble and having traded my car in as well the whole service was easy and filled me with confidence. I didn’t feel pressured at any time which isn’t always the case when purchasing a car at other garages.
