Everything was explained as well being given paperwork to check through.
Our new used car looked brand new when we collected it.
The showroom was spotless and we were offered refreshments both times we visited. The staff in the service department came and spoke to us for a while so it felt like a good hand over and it felt reassuring knowing we could call with any issues we may have had.
Finally, I liked the fact that optional extras were offered but we felt no pressure to take out anything we did not want or need.
