I bought a used car and found that the whole process went smoothly from my initial contact with the dealership until the car was delivered. For the first time ever, I purchased a car without physically seeing it. The salesman, Mo Khalid, was very helpful and informative. He created a personalised video of the car and took time to explain everything in detail, including the pointing out of some very minor marks on the paintwork. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he kept in contact without being pushy, until I made my buying decision.

We have purchased two vehicles from Drive Vauxhall on 03/9/22. One was in store and had only arrived that day C3. Sale was agreed and we collected it three days later 07/09/22. Interior of vehicle was not fully clean with marks on roof. We were assured that vehicle checks had been conducted yet two days later on 09/09/22 vehicle broke down at 2230 hours on motorway and i had to arrange recovery back to dealership at 0200 hours. Recovery agent indicated issue was with the 'pencil coils'. I was told the vehicle was ready for collection on 13/08/22 and on arrival adter speaking with the garage technician he stated there had been issues also with the spark plugs. I asked how this could be so give the so call checks i had been assured were carried out on the car prior to initial collection and he replied he had never seen the car making me question what if any checks had been completed. The technician then stated he couldn't hand the car over as one of the tyres was bald and cracked due to obvious 'traking' issues. It has been arranged for new tyre to be replaced and vehicle to be dropped off at my home address but again this should have been picked up raising issues of honesty and integrity. The backwards and forwards to the garage has incued unnecessary petrol costs and inconvenience. 10 days later we are still without either of our vehicles. We part exchanged a vehicle in relation to this purchase which we were told would be collected from our home addres nearly everyday but was only finally collected today again 10 days later and after we continued to chase up the matter.
The second vehicle we purchased is a C3 Aircross that was in Leicester. We were told it would be with us within a week but this has not materialised and 10 days later it is still in Leicester with no explanation as to why the delay. I feel that to date the importance at Drive Vauxhal is the hard sale and certainly not the customer or customer care. I am seriously considering cancelling the second vehicle if not both. I appreciate i am angry but i would hope you can understand why.
