CUPRA Cardiff are located on
Hadfield Road in Cardiff city centre, not far from Capital Retail Park and
Cardiff City Football Club so is easily accessible for motorists across South
Wales. They sell new CUPRA models including the Leon, Formentor, Ateca & Born.
They also stock a number of quality used CUPRA models. CUPRA Cardiff are proud
supporters of the Motability scheme and they offer the option to choose a CUPRA
model through this. Part of White Dove Motor Group, (one of Wales' largest
Skoda, SEAT, Suzuki & CUPRA retailers, and established for over 60 years)
CUPRA Cardiff also offers a range of Aftersales services including servicing,
MOTs, repairs and parts.
The experience at CUPRA Cardiff was great because the process and quick and easy and suited my current situation. Having purchased vehicles from the likes of BMW and Mercedes the experience of collecting the vehicle was poor in comparison. Some areas of the vehicle were still dirty (inside of the filler cap was caked in dirt and have clearly been missed during prep). Would have expected a little more than 10 miles of range in the vehicle aswell on collection.
CUPRA Cardiff were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were very polite and explained everything well. Knew their products and was very organised. Very straight forward in relaxed surroundings.
I would not recommend CUPRA Cardiff because the hand over and explanation of the controls of the car were virtually non existent.
