The Power of Reviews

There is no doubting the power of reviews when it comes to gaining consumer trust and turning this trust into business. Those businesses who continually receive positive reviews receive so much more exposure than those who don't.

A number of influential studies and research groups have shown that ratings and reviews directly influence consumer shopping behaviour. Even some of the best known brands in the worlds are keen to mention how well they've performed in recent reviews in their television advertising campaigns.

Every company is continually on the lookout for opportunities to shout about how incredible they are, so why not save yourself the hassle and allow your satisfied customer to do it for you? Potential customers are far more likely to listen to what your existing customers have to say about you than what you have to say about yourself.

A quick search around the internet will reveal thousands of customer testimonials on all matter of subjects. Unfortunately, many of these are of little value to anyone at all as they fail to provide adequate information about why this product or service has been reviewed so positively. Simply saying that it was "great to do business with X" or that "Y were very helpful" doesn't quite cut the mustard.

Potential customers need to read compelling, insightful reviews that provide genuine value to those considering doing business with the company in question. Potential customers want to discover the benefits of choosing one business over another based on the experience of someone else. They want to be able to read testimonials from a diverse range of people in similar situations to themselves who they can relate to.

Above all else, your potential customers want to know they're reading authentic testimonials and reviews that can help inform their decision-making process. At JudgeService, all our car dealer reviews are relevant, informative and provided by a diverse range of genuine customers who wish to pass on their experience and help you find the right car dealership.
