How Do You Know Which Car Dealerships To Trust?

The purchase of a new car is one of the most important and expensive you're ever likely to make and with so many dealerships out there today vying for your attention, finding one you can trust is not so easy.

It's fair to say that some car dealerships have developed a negative reputation over the years and consequently some of the honest and reliable dealers have had their good names tarnished. In 2010, The Office of Fair Trading stated that one in five people who'd purchased a used car from a dealer reported faults with the vehicle.

Industry regularity bodies and consumer magazines have provided helpful advice on what to look out for when buying from a dealership but despite its value, this information alone is not enough to ensure that you're buying from a reputable dealer.

There is no clearer indication of how reliable a dealership is than what its customers have to say about it. Word of mouth is as insightful today as it ever was and provides potential customers with valuable information about which dealerships you can trust, and which you cannot.

People are always keen to pass on their experiences, both good and bad, to help others out. Our car dealer reviews are an extensive collection of genuine customer testimonials of nationwide car dealerships. These reviews take the hassle out of endlessly searching the web in the hope that you'll stumble across a half decent snippet of information that might make you want to pick up the phone and call a dealership.

Read our review page now to find good, recommended and reliable car dealers in your area or join in yourself by contributing your own review to help improve our service.
