Our Judge Heroes

Our Judge Heroes are designed to be a bit of fun celebrating the core products we offer to our clients in the automotive sector (car dealers and OEMs), hospitality (hotels, restaurants, spas and golf courses), legal sector (solicitors and conveyancing), estate and lettings agents and comms providers.

They also represent our approach to business. Every one of our team has stepped up to deliver heroic performances when needed! Elle Sharma represents Reputation Manager, our online review management software. Freyr Neptune represents ProAct, our lost sales programme. Paris Aphrodite represents Referral Manager, our referral and recommendation scheme. The Oracle represents ReAct, our insight and reviews service and finally Zing Justicia represents Resolution, our complaints and prevention programme.

Elle Sharma is our all-knowing, all-seeing, all-listening hero. She helps you keep in touch with all your online reviews without having to go searching yourself. This saves you time, money and most of all the embarrassment of missing a bad review.

Sure, things go wrong but if you deal with them well you can prevent damage to your reputation and a loss of sales or bookings.

Freyr Neptune is the ultimate fisherman. He takes lost souls and asks them why they haven’t bought from you, unearthing your darkest secrets and magically turning lost leads into hot new business opportunities.

Paris Aphrodite loves to share. She encourages your customers, guests and clients to recommend your services to their friends and family. It’s a really rewarding position to be in in.

The Oracle can see what happened in the past and help you to create raving fans in the future, going even further by sharing your reviews across the metaverse including popular review sites, sector specific sites and search engines. The content The Oracle sees can create great SEO copy for your website too.

Finally, Zing Justicia hates to see mistakes repeated. She is devoted to spotting where things go wrong and celebrating when they go right. Once she’s identified a concern, she’ll make damn sure that it gets sorted, and her resolution is to make sure the same problem doesn’t happen again.

That said, if she spots a Hero, she’ll shout to the rooftops about them.

JudgeService is based in Harrogate in North Yorkshire. If you have a problem or need help our team of real Heroes is on hand. We answer the ‘phone and we reply to emails.

We don’t have a ticketing system because our customer service and account management teams take personal responsibility for their clients. Our software has been developed in-house, working with our clients, so we love it when clients suggest “ways” we could make stuff work better.

We’ve been helping our clients create raving fans for over a decade and are committed to making the world a better place, one customer at a time.
