Sutton Park Group was founded in 1991 and is now an established privately owned car dealership group with 7 locations across the Midlands including Coventry, Perry Barr (Birmingham), Warwick, Stourbridge, Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth and Sutton Coldfield. Sutton Park Group represent Suzuki, Renault, Kia, Fiat, Dacia and Abarth in new and approved used car and van models. They also have dedicated Citroen service centres in Tamworth, Warwick and Stourbridge. In addition to their car and van sales, Sutton Park Group also offer an extensive range of manufacturer-approved Aftersales services including servicing, repairs, MOTs and genuine parts. They are proud supporters of the Motability scheme and offer the option to choose a Suzuki, Renault, Kia, Fiat, Dacia or Abarth model through this. As well as this, flexible financing packages are available to assist customers to be able to drive away in their perfect vehicle. Fleet and business customers are also welcome to come and discuss their requirements and options at the Sutton Park Group dealerships.

My experience at Sutton Park Coventry Fiat & Abarth could have been better because as promised by Sean my car would be ready on November 15th in the early afternoon, we arrived at 3:45pm to which the car wasn’t ready - we were there until just after 6pm. When we finally seen the car we noticed the service had not been done and the aerial was missing - we were told that we would be contacted about this. We were then contacted and the car was booked in for service where we told them that in fact the rear window screen didn’t de mist and the manual key locking mechanism didn’t work! We received a call the next day to say they hadn’t finished servicing the car and this went on for around 5 days. We were also told by the service team that the rear tyres treads were low and that I would have to replace them after only have the car in my possession for less than a week - surely this should have been bought up before hand? Or even not sold like this. We asked the protocol of which we were told cars are not usually sold with tyre treads less than 3mm of which both my back ones were! When we picked the car up from service we questioned the tyres and were told we would receive a call the next day - which we did not we had to call back again ourselves where we were told it still wasn’t sorted and that we would receive a call the next day. Again we didn’t get a call and phones back ourselves where the lady said she was trying to find paperwork as she didn’t know when the car was purchased, we explained everything to her and the car is now booked in for the 15th December for 2 new tyres. Overall the service team were brilliant however the customer service and sales team were not. I was so excited to get this car as it was my first and since purchase(15th November) I’ve only drove it 3 times due to it being back at the garage - my 30 warranty has been spent with the car sat at the garage. This is not the experience I expected to have when purchasing my first car - I am extremely disheartened.

I would not recommend Sutton Park Perry Barr Renault & Dacia because the car sold to me has been returned to be fixed twice in its first 3 weeks. Numerous issues that should have been picked up before selling the vehicle have surfaced and has caused me nothing but stress and inconvenience. When I collected the car it smelt of fermented cheese and signifficant debris had collected where the bonnet meets the window, giving the impression the car had been abandoned before collection. The oil in the engine warning light came on within 1 week and the tyre pressure was dangerously low. I am still trying to remedy all the issues I have encountered which include auto transmission stallIng, stop stop not working correctly, speaker ststem not working, front parking sensors not operating and the engine making a choking sound but currently to no avail. Not only would i not reccomend this dealership I would go out of my way to prevent any family or friends experience the hardships I have by even stepping foot in this dealership!

I was happy with the service at Sutton Park Perry Barr Renault & Dacia because I got my favourite choice and colour of car on finance and the sales person did a great job to welcome me throughout the period of visit and paperwork presentation. It was a fantastic experience even though my friends believe I could get a cheaper offer elsewhere but doing business with them is worth it. Thank you

I had a great experience at Sutton Park Perry Barr Suzuki because your sales person Gurpreet was very helpful and professional. He explained everything very eloquently and is a credit to your dealership. I have purchased many cars before but this is by far the best treatment that i have received by a dealership. The car has proved to be a very nice vehicle and we could not be more happy with it. Gurpreet gave us a call a few days after purchase to make sure we where happy with everything and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them. I would happily have another vehicle from Sutton Park Suzuki as they provide a five star service

My experience at Sutton Park Perry Barr Suzuki was cracking because Gurpreet was great, really helpful, explained things thoroughly. Didn’t put any pressure on me to feel I had to purchase the car. Offered refreshments and took the time to go through my questions without feeling rushed. The store manager was also very friendly and threw in a couple of bottles of Prosecco which was a lovely touch! The only thing is I was promised a full tank of fuel and only got half. But overall I’m super pleased with my visit and most importantly my car - thank you!
