Destination Triumph Dorset staff were good because they kept in contact, they seemed to go the extra mile to get me my bike when I needed it.

I would not recommend Destination Triumph Dorset because I was treated like I knew nothing The vehicle advertised was shown without a dented tank they said they too a photo of different bike for the ad but I took video of the ad and there was no damage on the bike I purchased in the ad. But there certainly was when I viewed. I was told free delivery when I initially spoke to a salesperson prior to deposit plus it was indicated they’d fit a lowering kit plus low seat swap as part of purchase package I put deposit down and that all went off the table! I had to pay for all of it Then I asked for the tank to be better repaired as was shown in ad they refused Then they forgot to swap my lowered side stand I’d paid to have fitted (I supplied that too!) and forgot to give it back to me. This was the first dealer bought bike in 25 years and I got treated like a silly woman. With contempt and were dismissive claiming they were only making £80 profit on the bike Having worked in the industry for a few years I was appalled at being lured in with suggestions of deals then being brushed off the minute I put a deposit down. After the second visit to the showroom I NEVER wanted to set foot back in the showroom itself so arranged for delivery of the bike The delivery guy was a very nice person.

I was pleased with Destination Triumph Washington and would highly recommend them because there was no pressure to buy (phone calls from other places everyday) and any questions was answered quickly.

Marta at Triumph Solent is great to deal with, very patient, professional and friendly. Not your typical pushy salesperson. This is my second bike from Marta, thank you!

I'd suggest Triumph Solent to a friend because the staff are very friendly there, no pressure if you want to browse & being offered a coffee while you sit & think & mull it over was very welcoming. I would particularly like to thank Dean Rogers (Transaction Manager), firstly for arranging my test ride on a T120, & then once i decided to purchase one, in finding me the right bike of my choice from their sister site in Christchurch (Cranberry Red & Diamond white), & for sorting me a good deal with trading in my Street Twin. He also sent me a short video showing the bike once it arrived at the Solent showroom. Bike looked gorgeous in the showroom when I arrived to collect. Also many thanks to Marta who did the handover - made everything clear. I will return from time to time - 'Just For The Ride' & a coffee. Happy Days!!
