In many cases when going in to car dealerships the salesman tends to speak to my husband rather than me, even though I am buying the car, that didn't happen here which was extremely refreshing

I'd endorse Alexanders Teesside because from the moment I entered the showroom the service was impeccable. It was the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. I had never considered a Jeep previously, but absolutely love it. There is nothing I don't like about it. The styling is impressive and , unlike people's perception, the features and tarmac driving are comparable to other premium brand vehicles. Someone told me that you buy a jeep with your heart and it was so true for me, but you can definitely buy one with your head too. I'm a complete Jeep convert !!

The experience at Fords of Winsford was fantastic because both the sales manager, Paul, and our sales executive, Sam Keam, went out their way to help us. Paul could see my husband was struggling to walk round the huge area so went to find him a wheel chair and helped us into the building to Sam who searched the list of cars to find one or more that met our requirements. Without their help I am sure that we would have struggled to find my ‘new’ car.

I'd suggest Hendy Vauxhall & Fiat Poole Used to a friend because your Sales Lady, Tegan was excellent, well mannered and not at all pushy.The only thing I wanted to mention, is that I tried to phone 2 days after collecting my new vehicle with a message to say the internal front windscreen has a 2"cut on the glass, right in eye line, which causes a reflection in my vision when driving in the dark. I believe that this might have been caused by your display price board leaving a deep cut. I have had since not received a call back, so a little disappointed.
