Alexanders Nissan were fantastic because we are returning customers because of Tom and the subsequent customer service we have received. Tom is absolutely brilliant, we trust him and is friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and he is very knowledgeable, he listened to our requirements and took the time to understand what we were looking for. We had no issues with our previous vehicles so it was a no brainer to replace them again with Nissans.

I had a great experience at Ancaster Nissan Bromley because the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nathan seemed like a natural and comfortable person to chat to and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Since dealing with him I have given his name over to my neighbours who have already visited for a test drive and a friend of ours is also planning on paying him a visit. He was very helpful and down to earth and we are very pleased with our new car thanks to him. Although our experience with the Eltham branch was positive, unfortunately there wasn't much they could do in terms of a deal on the car we liked so we tried the Bromley branch, met Nathan and he was more accommodating to our requirements and budget. This is why I have recommended him to people and will continue to do so.

I would recommend Ancaster Nissan Slough to friends and family because the staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt that Ancaster were honest were making sure I had the right car and plan for my needs and not just trying to meet targets.
