No question was too difficult and if didn't know answer, immediately sought and presented answer. No pressure to buy at all. Plenty of help and advice with no obligations whatsoever. Made to feel 100% comfortable even offered copious amounts coffee! Road test was a good distance and ensured vehicle was tested over many terrains and differing driving situations,, even had opportunity to swap drivers half-way. Everything was explained in great detail and no aspect was left out. Best car buying experience in over 35 years car ownerships. Car was presented to us fully valeted and even had chance to have final road test, to ensure 100% satisfaction. Would highly recommend anyone to to try West Riding Toyota Huddersfield for any vehicle purchase (new or used) Thank you very much for the best vehicle purchase experience ever. My experience at West Riding Toyota Huddersfield was not satisfactory because the car had to go back due to 2 faults. Retured after 3 days and 100 + miles on the clock with interior very dirty and outside a disgrace. 1 fault still not fixed. Reported again to sale man and still no reply after 3 weeks. No good customer service at all.

I'd recommend West Riding Toyota Huddersfield to a friend because I enjoyed the sales experience during my visit, the company staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable, he has a good knowledge of the car I bought and carefully explained the features. I've enjoyed driving the car since I bought it and have no reason what so ever to complain. I was also offered warranty on the car even though the car is used. I have complete faith in the company and don't mind buying from them again even though I live in Aberdeen.
