Vertu Honda Boston were fantastic because the whole experience of buying my car was a delight. Staff have been friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Not only listening to my needs and fitting a car to my style of driving, but ensuring through the whole process I was happy and confident about the car and making sure they contacted me with an aftersales call to ensure I continued to be happy with my car and offer any further assistance they could.
This was genuinely an A* service from all staff encountered especially Jack Waddington and his manager Estelle.
