I would not recommend Sherwoods Gateshead Suzuki because My previous vehicle (suzuki vitara) was faulty and I was never taken seriously and always left feeling I was wasting the staff time. Vehicle fault was never sorted so I was forced to lose money and purchase another vehicle which I had never intended to do.

From initial enquiry to delivery of the car I felt like a customer rather than just a sales number. I’d visited other car showrooms but Sherwood’s just went that extra mile. When discussing delivery of the vehicle, Mark was very helpful and had the car turned around in 48 hours so I could use my new car for a long journey down south to visit family.

Great process buying our car remotely. Very quick to answer any queries. Car arrived and exactly as described.

I would not recommend Sherwoods Gateshead Suzuki because information regarding the car was untrue stated 2 year warranty when it was 1 ,information in managers comments incorrect
