My experience at Lookers Preston Volkswagen could have been better because delivery time was changed on the last minute, no tax disc in vehicle and the maps and more gadget has not been ordered therefore had to wait 4 days for that to arrive. Salesperson v apologetic most of the time. The flowers as an apology were a very nice gesture and saved the day from this review bring a no I wouldn't recommend to a yes I would.
