A - the car obviously hadn't been prepared - resulting in a large warranty claim 4 months and 2000 miles after purchase.
B - a refund for non warranty items took weeks to arrange anbd still hasn't been finalised
C - the car still has suspension problems
My experience at Lookers Northallerton Volkswagen was cracking because My salesman Chris Vitty overcame a number of local delivery difficulties which were not his fault. He worked very hard to set right quite complicated matters as quickly as he could and he succeeded. I will warmly recommend both Chris Vitty and Lookers Northallerton to friends and acquaintances. My experience at Lookers Northallerton Volkswagen could have been better because the after sales service has not been good we are having to do a warranty claim and it has been nothing but hassle chasing for 3 weeks resulting in me contacting lookers head office to try and get the warranty thing sorted myself....
