Lookers Cardiff Jeep

1. No log book
2. Private plate was not sorted.
3. After sales service was very poor.
4. Rusty calipers and wheels and nuts on a car that's only nine months old
5. I was informed by phone two days ago that Lookers are closing in two weeks time and that any issues had to be dealt with in Bristol, so I was given the phone number and left to my own devices.
6. I spoke to the service department in Bristol whom were very helpful.
7. I will have to take the car to Bristol for them to take photograph of the wheels to start the process again.
8.Bristol is a round trip of 90 miles/
9. To sum up, not very happy with the situation.
10. if I had known the garage was closing I would not have excepted the car until all the faults had been sorted out.

I would not recommend Lookers Cardiff Jeep because the after-market support that I received was, and continues to be, some of the worst that I have ever experienced. Having spent upwards of £20,000 on a vehicle the very least that I would expect is for my emails and telephone messages to be answered/returned.

The car only came with one key, and the satellite navigation module is missing, but neither of these things was mentioned until after the sale had been completed. Now, I understand that cars are sold as seen and that the onus is on me to ask such questions, but even so I would expect that a dealership would have the courtesy to mention things that could potentially cost me thousands in the time to come. Instead, I got a half-arsed "Well, we'll contact the previous owner and 'look for the key in the office, and I'll call you next week.'" Unsurprisingly, the key never materialised and the call never came.

Basically, the sort of after-market care I'd expect from Frank Butcher's Deals on Wheels, not from an official dealership.

Lookers Cardiff Jeep were fantastic, Simon Clay made every effort to ensure I was happy with my purchase and made me feel like a valued customer, would defiantly recommend Cardiff Jeep and in particular Simon Clay.

I would recommend Lookers Cardiff Jeep to friends and family if my replacement spare key is provided to replace broken key that was given on handover
