West Way expands partnership with JudgeService

West Way has expanded its partnership with JudgeService to help further grow customer engagement and satisfaction levels across its retail network.

As the UK’s largest Nissan dealer group, West Way operates 13 showrooms across the country, selling around 30,000 new and used cars a year.

JudgeService, the customer reviews platform, will assist in growing West Way’s review responses and provide insight to enable the business to further enhance its customer satisfaction proposition.

“We’ve been working closely with West Way since October 2019 when they began their pilot with us before the pandemic. This sign-up will see us further increase the group’s online review responses and assist its ongoing drive to deliver the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction,” said Neil Addley, managing director of JudgeService.
