My experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham could have been better because i was met by a rude person at the front desk . I said I'm here to collect my car, she replied abruptly, "New, used, service, mobility, what is it?" I said service, she said "Sit there" My car also wasn't cleaned as promised. As i manoeuvred around the car park to exit, one of the technicians driving a customer car bibbed his horn at me to tell me to get out the way. An overall terrible experience.

Johnsons Volkswagen Liverpool were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I had such a great experience for my first service. Everything was done so quickly and my car was ready within 3 hours. The service lady Holly and receptionist were very helpful and friendly.
