I would not recommend Johnsons Volkswagen Liverpool because my service was done in 3 hrs , I was a waiting customer, the lady that dealt with me was amazin throughout my wait , I got my vehicle back , still showing an engine warning light , plus the brake symbol light on , expecting me to pay additional to have them looked at , over all I’m not a happy customer,

Booked online. All confirmations said I’d be contacted by Johnson’s Stafford - they didn’t. Dropped my car off for MOT. Needed a new rear tyre so got both rears replaced. Upon collecting my car it had been cleaned which I wasn’t asked and would’ve said no. On the drive home I had a warning about low tyre pressure to find both rear tyres were low (29 & 31 PSI on 39 PSI tyres). Then upon returning home found out the valeters had damaged both my rear bumper and boot lid whilst cleaning a car I didn’t want to be cleaned. Been a week and still no closer to knowing if and when the damage will be repaired and if Jonshons Stafford are paying seeing as it was their valeters who damaged my car.
