The Pick Up and Return service is excellent and takes the hassle out of dropping the car off and then getting a lift to pick it up. Faults I pointed out were sorted out under warranty without fuss and my car was valeted whilst it was with Sandicliffe. I am quick to give feedback when service is poor but always willing to complement when the service provided is good.
