My experience at Now Vauxhall Marlborough could have been better because I was cut off when I first phoned in. The receptionist got my name wrong. I am judy Pitts. We bought the car from the previous dealer at the site - they had no record of this. I was ignored by all staff at the site whilst I waited for the service manager to be free - both on drop off and pick up. I was offered a 'mini valet ' when I booked the car in - this was confirmed by the service manager as I booked the car in. This was not carried out and no explanation or apology was given for this error. The work took longer than I was original told - again no explanation or apology. I was sent a video of work required on the car, when I had this checked by another garage I was told the majority of the work identified was unnecessary
I was looking to replace the car - but am unlikely to return to now Marlborough despite the fact that we purchased this car and a previous Vauxhall from the dealership at this site. Had anyone actually bothered to engage with me whilst I was there the story might be very different.
I am also aware that this garage was implicated in a fuel spill reaching the river kennet.... need I say more?
I'd endorse Now Vauxhall Marlborough because they are reasonably priced happy to hold the vehicle all day and good service.
I'd suggest Now Vauxhall Marlborough to a friend because of the efficient, friendly service. Very satisfied indeed.
