The experience at CUPRA Cardiff was great because the process and quick and easy and suited my current situation. Having purchased vehicles from the likes of BMW and Mercedes the experience of collecting the vehicle was poor in comparison. Some areas of the vehicle were still dirty (inside of the filler cap was caked in dirt and have clearly been missed during prep). Would have expected a little more than 10 miles of range in the vehicle aswell on collection.
