Assistance and advice for Motability customers is readily available and fleet and business customers are encouraged to come and discuss their requirements with their dedicated Business Centre teams.

I expected the attention to detail to match the brand image of Lexus, we road tested the vehicle, I noticed the passenger mirror was wobbling and was told this would be rectified. On collection I asked if the mirror was fixed and told yes, I wanted to take out a service plan, this is when things started to go off, vehicle had just over 28,000 miles on the clock due a service 29,000 going off the last service. The service plan said 30,000 miles next service, bi queried this and was told not to worry. I drove away reasonably happy, but a little puzzled, on driving I soon realised the passenger side mirror was still wobbling as not affixed properly. I emailed as I got home. I had it fixed locally as too distracting to drive, however this put the sales preparation in question. I then set up my Lexus account and linked the car, I then note the only history prior to the collection was a hybrid check 5th April 2024, I rang the sales manager to query. He could not tell me anything or confirm, only that it should have been. I emailed to request confirmation of servicing prior to collection. I was sent a screenshot with no vehicle details and more miles than my vehicle, the next day the online history showed a service in Italy but with more miles, again I queried. Im still waiting for the investigation to be completed, Lexus customer care haven't contacted me, they just rang the branch. My online service history for want of a better saying looks very dodgy. My service plan is out of kilter with the service history of the vehicle, the only way this makes sense is if it wasn't serviced, which is what I feel has happened, no one can confirm the service even with the systems for control of work etc in the dealership, no copy invoice etc which should take minutes to provide even if redacting Internal pricing, I love the car but the experience is very tainted, and I have still to wait for what the actual situation is and then sort out the service plan.
