I'd recommend RRG Kia Bury to a friend because the atmosphere in garage was friendly not pushy at all . Staff very helpful and polite nothing to much trouble . Each time I went back to ask questions was treated very well . Alex was warm and friendly and always offered refreshments .

My experience at RRG Mazda Rochdale could have been better because . If you actually did the two year service it was not logged on the Mercedes data base nor do I have a document from you as evidence that the service was done;and to Mercedes protocols. Were I to submit a warranty claim I think it would be met with schadenfreude!
