I would not recommend Mercedes of Norwich because we bought our car (a VWPolo) from their “trade” site advantage cars, which was at a different site, yet all the paperwork sent us to the main dealer site, COVID abiding we entered via the marked door and was directed to the “reception staff” telling them we were their to pick up our VW we were met with a “well this is a Mercedes garage” in a very degrading manner, my thoughts were “really!!!!l” having finally been told it was at a different site just down the road, we asked as we have travelled for a couple of hours could we use the toilet, (all toilets in services were closed) well the look of horror on the receptionist face was as if we had the plague. Eventually they agreed we could use the toilet, we then made our way to advantage cars where luckily we were treated in a far more pleasant manner, interestingly my daughter the same day visited Mercedes in Peterborough with her husband, he was looking to buy a top of the range a class, he was also treated as if he couldn’t afford a Mercedes, he walked out in the end and went across the road and bought a BMW instead, I have just ordered my new Audi Q3 £46,000+ which was going to go on a new GLA I will never buy a Mercedes, never before have I felt so judged by my appearance, shame on you!!
