I would recommend Bristol Street Mazda Bristol to friends and family because they were very friendly and helpful during the sale. However, they are incredible difficult to get through to on the phone. I left 3 messages to check my insurance documents had been received and no-one got back to me. I have since tried to call back to arrange to get diamonbrite added and left a message which wasn't received, so called again and am still waiting for this to be sorted. Otherwise very good - but they really need to pick up their messages otherwise it's a bit frustrating! Miss M

I would not recommend Bristol Street Mazda Redditch because we had to chase the paperwork after we had placed the order as we did not receive a receipt or copy of the order. The car is fine but at the moment I would have to reserve judgement on making a recommendation. If the servicing etc. is better organised then I would likely recommend. Mrs S
My experience at Bristol Street Mazda Redditch could have been better because the car interior was not clean with the Diamond wash thet said they did.i have to chase for paper work.they failed me in the company registration documents. and the mileage reading was not what i bought the car for. it was different reading. The experience at RRG Mazda Manchester was fantastic because The salesperson I dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. One word - Liam. It is rare to find a car salesman who listens to the buyer and doesn't sell at them. There was no cheesy sales talk, no pressure, just a straight talking young man who listened to my requirements and conducted himself gracefully and kindly.
